Our Return Promise

At TyreDox, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we make.
We hope you’ll love your purchase from the moment it arrives, but if you change your mind, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Your TyreDox must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Please keep your proof of purchase handy.

Items We’re Unable to Accept Back

  • Products that have been fitted, used, or show signs of wear.

  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.

  • Bespoke or personalised orders.

  • Non genuine reason for return.

How to Arrange a Return

Simply email info@tyredox.co.uk with your order number and a brief note on why you’d like to return the item.
We’ll confirm if your TyreDox is eligible and share the return instructions.
(Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error.)

A Note on Size & Weight

Each TyreDox’s weight and dimensions are listed clearly on our website. We kindly ask you to review these before purchasing, as we’re unable to accept returns based solely on size or weight unless our listing was inaccurate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@tyredox.co.uk.

In the Unlikely Event of a Fault

If your TyreDox arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
